'The Other Woman'
In this compelling modern drama by writer-director Don Roos ('The Opposite of Sex,' 'Happy Endings'), 'Black Swan' Oscar winner Natalie Portman plays Emilia, a law-school graduate who falls for her married boss, Jack (Scott Cohen) at the law firm where they work. After his bitter divorce from wife Carolyne (Lisa Kudrow), Emilia and Jack marry, but joy soon turns to tragedy when their newborn baby dies. In her grief, Emilia tries to forge a connection with her 8-year-old stepson, William (Charlie Tahan). The film is adapted from Ayelet Waldman's novel Love and Other Impossible Pursuits.
